We ship every Skaiiy order worldwide for free. Here is exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Track your orderA new tracking number can take 3-6 business days to show its first carrier update. This does not mean your order has stopped moving.

Which countries do you ship to?
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5-10 business days, making the estimated total delivery time 7-15 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it on our order tracking page.
Why does my tracking show no information?
Carriers can take 3-6 business days to scan a new shipment and display its first update. Please check again after a few days. If no update appears after that, contact us and we will help.
Who pays for return shipping?
Free returns are available for eligible non-cosplay products. For cosplay products, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and provide the correct solution.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Which currency will I pay in?
All payments are processed in USD. If your account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the total using its current exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee.
